Sokolow, came and talked to us about a case that he had thirteen years ago. This case was about twain college students, Todd and Amy, who attend a house party where there was drinking. Amy had come to the party with triple of her friends and had already drunk five beers. She was then introduced to Todd by virtuoso of her friends; Todd had also come with four of his friends. Todd had already drunk terce beers then he decided to stop. Amy and Todd moved their way to the bounce floor and began dancing, Todd began handing Amy jell-o shots that contained ever clear; which was an illegal bosom in that state. Todd had given Amy five shots; each shot was equivalent to three beers. Amy was not able to make it home by herself so Todd made sure that she got there safely. Once they arrived at Amys room he made sure she was all right Amy asked him to stay and Todd did. When Amy woke up that cockcrow she was not able to recall anything that had happened the night before. When she had found the garner she called Todd and asked him what had happened and she could not believe what she was hearing. Amy then went to the hospital to make sure that she had not been raped, the test came back negative and Amy and Todd ended up going to court. Todd was charged with sexual assault and became a discriminate three sexual predator; he also was sentenced to two years in jail. After telling us this grade the attorney asked us did we believe that Todd was guilty or innocent, mass of the crowd decided that he was guilty.
