Even before that time I knew that I was the peacemaker , the person who sought resolution to problems that seemed to paralyze my buddies . I was the individual that even my parents would sometimes arrive to once there have been conflicts that I could aid with , especially when it came to smoothing issues out with my siblings . Prior to I graduated high school I had already made applications to schools in my chosen field : I was heading to be a counselor That goal has occur to pass . Following graduating high school , I went on to acquire a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English like a Second Language from [name of school] , having chosen this major like a stepping stone for your job that I actually desired . It is because of my many years of watching the developing dilemma in our schools that I decided to pursue a much more specialized of counseling , that of becoming a conflict mediator . It's with this concept in mind that I desire to enter [name of school] for ones upcoming fall semester into the Ph .D . procedure for Conflict Analysis , using a concentration in College Student Personnel Administration . I consider that with my experience and my academic record that I am capable of completing this course of discover in a timely fashion.
