Introduction
ABC Corp is known in the industry for their high levels of employee satisfaction. This has been made feasible due to the initiatives taken by top management to constantly canvas and improve our treat life proportionality programs. The pitying resource de discoverment has worked continuously to execute these programs and to make it forthcoming to employees working in all different office locations. This constitution presents findings of the annual work life balance program review initiated and implemented by the human resource department at ABC Corp.

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to provide ABC Corp. with an intention big picture view of work life balance in the organization in 2010- 2011. The report uses survey selective information collected in 2011 from 27 employees at all levels in various departments across the organization to: i. Quantify the issue associated with fit work and personal life within the organizational fashion model ii. Understanding the level of satisfaction in terms of work life balance (WLB) programs.

iii. Identifying gaps and Recommending initiatives to support a more balance work life culture.





Overview
This report has been organized depending on the factors that were considered musical composition evaluating the effectiveness of the WLB programs at ABC Corp from least to closely important. They are: Demographics, Work Location, Work hours, Job satisfaction and enormousness of WLB.
