PotashCorp has many stakeholders that it needs to answer to on a daily basis as it pertains to how they run their company. This means that they bind to cognizant within all of their business processes how each accomplishment effects all stakeholders in order to build a supply chain that delivers on the expectations of all of these individual groups. These stakeholders include the environment, customers, employees, shareholders, and the communities in which they operate. It is very easy to see ground on those statements the targeted stakeholders that PotashCorp is most concerned about satisfying, and for good reason.
